College Football ATS Betting Analysis Week 12

College Football Week 12 is here and if you have recovered from the LSU-BAMA game, here are the early betting spreads to keep an eye on.

College Football ATS Betting Analysis Week 12

Thursday, Nov. 14

North Carolina at Pittsburgh -4½

The head-to-head trends point to the Tar Heels covering. North Carolina is 5-0 ATS in the last 5 meetings. Pittsburgh is on a roll, though. The Panthers are 6-2 ATS in their previous 8. Go with the hot home team.

Saturday, Nov. 16Ohio State -50½ at Rutgers

Is 50 ½ a lot of points? That depends. It’s not too many for Ohio State to offer. The Buckeyes are 8-1 ATS. Since not covering against Florida Atlantic, they’ve covered the spread 8 in a row. Ohio State dominated Maryland 73-14 in Week 11. Rutgers is 2-7 ATS. Lay the 50 ½.

Michigan State at Michigan -13

The Spartans allow 23.6 points per game. In Week 11, Illinois scored 27 in the fourth quarter to upset MSU 37-34. Michigan State is in big trouble. It might be time for a change. That change won’t happen before Michigan dominates by more than 13 points on Saturday, though.

Indiana at Penn State -14

Penn State’s furious rally versus Minnesota came up short. The Nittany Lions remain one of the top teams in the nation. They’ll try to take their frustrations out on Indiana. But, the Hoosiers are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games. Take the points.

Navy at Notre Dame -11

Although the Irish should win, they offer too many points here. Navy has gone 11-2 ATS in the last 13 meetings at Notre Dame. Navy is also 6-2 ATS total and 4-1 ATS in their previous 5. The Irish are in for a battle on Nov. 17.

West Virginia at Kansas State -12

Kansas State should dominate West Virginia. The Wildcats are 3-1 SU and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games. K-State is also 5-1 ATS in their last 6 home games.

Texas at Iowa State -7

Even though they’ve lost 2 in a row, the Iowa State Cyclones host the Texas Longhorns a -7 favorite. Texas is 0-3 ATS in their last 3. Iowa State is 4-0 ATS in their previous 4. The Cyclones cover.

UCLA at Utah -20

UCLA is 3-0 ATS in their last 3. The Utes are 5-0 ATS in their previous 5. Utah should win, but 20 points are too many to give up. UCLA gets the cover even though they leave Rice-Eccles Stadium with a loss.
